<span style=”color: #000000; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;”>Great on-going initiative by ‘The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology’ (LIST) to reduce the use of pesticides. You see and hear so much in the news about the US and UK when it comes to pesticides, hormones etc, that its reassuring when you hear of such initiatives occurring right here where we live. What are your thoughts and how concerned are you about the use of pesticides and how it impacts us in day to day food consumption?</span>

    Hi Sabrina,

It does worry me a lot and so I try to buy organic as much as possible.  No one knows the impact of the cocktail of things we are ingesting every day, but by being careful an limiting my exposure to these things (using more natural body products as well), I hope that I am helping my family not to be too overloaded.  I regularly visit bio farmers in my area to buy from them directly.

I’m planning to plant some veggies on my backyard. I bought some seeds and pots. What kind of pesticides should I use? It’ll be a great help if you suggest online site or places where I can get them too.
