Our group meets weekly to discuss the best way to eat and the challenges of maintaining a healthy weight. The group setting provides motivation and accountability to keep you on track in your healthy eating goals. Lynsey Baxter uses her training in nutrition and heath coaching to guide you towards your healthiest, happiest self.
Your monthly subscription gives you access to the weekly meet ups, the seasonal meal plan with handy shopping list and as an added bonus, you have the option to join a private Facebook group for extra motivation!
The weekly meet ups will help you to implement new good habits and break old unnecessary ones, set your personal goals, understand how to eat better for you and your family, and most importantly you will learn how to optimise your food intake without having to weight, measure or count everything that goes in your mouth!
Weekly meetings are on Mondays
